Rules and Regulations
Beginning March 10th, 2008 and running through April 8th, 2008, KKHB-FM, KFMI-FM and KRED-FM, will solicit via their respective websites nominations to the Disney Dream Maker party. Entrants will name their nominee and what their nominees dream is. Nominations may be read on the air and/or posted on line. Private detailed information in regards to the nominator and nominee will not be made public. From the on-line nominations a select panel will determine a winner and their nominee for each station.
Each will receive eight (8) 2-day Disneyland® Resort Park Hopper tickets. From the three station web-site winners an over-all grand prize winner will be chosen.
There will be a total of one (1) website grand prize winner drawn from all entrants on KRED-FM, KKHB-FM, and KFMI-FM. The grand prize is a vacation for the winner and their guests including their nominee and their guests for a total of 8 travelers. Vacation includes: Round-Trip coach airfare for eight (8) from Arcata, CA to a Southern California airport as chosen by Disney, May 8, 2008 through May 10, 2008; ground transfers to and from the airport to the hotel, hotel accommodations (2 rooms, quad occupancy) for 3 days and 2 nights at a Disneyland Resort Hotel, May 8, 2008 through May 10, 2008; eight 3-day Disneyland® Resort Park Hopper® Tickets; and eight tickets to an exclusive Dream Party at Disneyland® park on May 8, 2008 from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. Total value approximately $4,912.00. Grand Prize Winner and travel companions are solely responsible for all applicable taxes, including, but not limited to, hotel, hospitality and airport taxes, ground transportation, telephone charges, meals, gratuities, transfers, spending money and any other expenses not specifically offered herein. If grand prize winner is under the age of 18 then he/she must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Grand Prize Winner may be required to present a valid credit card upon check in at hotel to cover any incidental expenses. Winner and nominee must travel May 8 – 10, 2008. Certain restrictions shall apply to the vacation packages, which restrictions shall be determined by Disney in its sole and absolute discretion. Each winner and his/her guests must travel together on the same itinerary. The vacation packages shall not include the following: airport departure fees and taxes; travel insurance; hotel room service; parking fees; laundry service; food; alcoholic beverages; merchandise, souvenirs, etc.; local and long distance telephone calls; tips, gratuities, service charges, resort fees or taxes; or all other charges not explicitly included in the packages pursuant to this Agreement. The packages (and all elements thereof) are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable except in Disney’s sole and absolute discretion. The packages may not be sold or transferred to any other person or third party.
In addition to the on-line Disneyland Dream Makers promotion beginning March 17th and running through May 2nd KKHB-FM, KFMI-FM and KRED-FM will individually award four-packs of 2- day Park Hopper tickets on-air. Each station will be awarding prize packs via various on-air qualifying. There will be a total of 24x on-air prizes consisting eight (8) 2-day Park Hopper® Tickets to the Disneyland® Resort per station. Limit of one entry and one winner per household. Each prize pack is valued at approximately $1,056.00. Tickets are for the winning person and seven guests of his/her choice. The Tickets may not be redeemed for cash, sold, traded, used for commercial purposes or transferred. Tickets must be used by December 15, 2008. Certain restrictions shall ally to the Tickets as determined by Disney. Disney, its parent, subsidiary, related and affiliated companies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions which arise out of an/or in any way related to the prize, the receipt, use, and /or enjoyment of the prize and/or Promotion.
Employees of Bicoastal Media Radio, and their families are not eligible. Winners consent to the use their voice and likeness for a period of up to 14 months following the contest. Limit of one entry per household. Winners are responsible for all taxes. Winner releases Bicoastal Media Radio, it's sponsors and it's employees of all responsibilities. Ruling of the judges are final.
